The biggest standout feature of this Scratch project is the floating animation using a "smooth" variable! The code combines trigonometric functions (sin and cos) to create natural swaying motions for cherries and watermelons that bob up, down, left and right. Specifically, it gradually changes variable values, applies sin for vertical movement and cos for horizontal movement. This creates organic motion that feels like objects floating on water, rather than simple linear movement. It's a brilliant technique that really elevates the visual polish of the game!

This Scratch project has a particularly clever countdown timer display! It uses some complex calculations to show the remaining time in "minutes:seconds" format. The system calculates minutes and seconds from the timer value and connects them with a colon.What's especially cool is how it uses multiple nested operation blocks to display single-digit seconds cleanly. The most impressive thing about this Scratch project is the mechanism behind its complex intro animation! Especially the multi-layered effects achieved through clones. Looking at the code, it generates various types of clones, each with unique movements and effects. For instance, there's the rotating logo, black bars in the background, and multiple rectangular objects moving simultaneously. Each clone is managed by variables that control their state, and by coordinating size changes, rotation, and transparency adjustments, it creates a professional-looking animation. The timing of these effects is exquisitely controlled through message broadcasting, employing some seriously advanced techniques!

This is a sequel to Watermelon Basket. It's now much easier to play! It packs your timer, score and match state into one cloud string and watches the first character of it, and that single trick handles both matchmaking and showing the other player's score live. Falling and bouncing don't use sprite touch checks at all: positions, speeds and mass live in lists and get crunched by a hand-built physics loop, so equal fruits merge with a satisfying pop and a bigger one spawns. If your rival vanishes mid-match, you just take the win.

The BGM of the Watermelon Game has been turned into a script performance. It plays in a loop and is built using 1100 blocks.
