Control the Orange Cat with the arrow keys and the Ocean Cat with A, W, S, and D. The Black Cat is the hunter, so stay away! Thanks to Torikoma for the original “Runaway” game concept. The issue where the game ended even if only one player was caught has been fixed (as of October 2022). Enjoy the game!

The technical marvel of this Scratch "Tsum Tsum Claw Machine" is how it simulates physical claw game behavior through simple variable relationships! The interaction between the claw movement and plushie positioning is particularly impressive.
While managing the number of captured plushies with a "Storage" variable, it constantly monitors the claw's coordinates using "Left" and "Right" variables to calculate its position relative to target objects. This creates a mechanism where plushies can be captured when the claw descends to their coordinates.
What makes it even more fascinating is the random element incorporated into the plushie appearance system. There's even a chance for the rare golden plushie to appear, and the total number of captured plushies is shared with players worldwide through cloud variables!

The coolest thing about Absorb is how they implemented the "singularity"! When you create the special number "28" during play, the screen effects go wild and the game enters this crazy special state!
This isn't just regular sprite handling - it's a clever combo of scaling using a variable called _zSize mixed with GHOST effects. The core numbers keep growing bigger and bigger, eventually showing this explosive growth pattern that's absolutely brilliant.
What's even cooler is the audio processing - once you hit the singularity, it takes the normal background music, drops it to low frequencies while fading it out, then switches to these special sound effects. It's perfect as a way to give players that sense of achievement!
