Shooting and gun games
What are the charms of target shooting? Let’s explore together how to express these charms through Scratch!
The charms of target shooting include the pleasure of firing arrows or bullets towards a target, the sense of accomplishment that comes from improving one’s accuracy and aiming skills, and the competitive and challenging nature of the activity.
To express the charms of target shooting through Scratch, you could create a simulation game that involves firing arrows or bullets towards a target. Players would aim and fire their shots, and score points based on how accurately they hit the target. You could also randomize the size and position of the target, as well as the effects of wind and other environmental factors, to create a more realistic shooting experience.
Other ways to express the charms of target shooting through Scratch might include drawing targets or creating effects to represent hitting a target.
There are many ways to express the charms of target shooting through Scratch, but no matter what method you choose, you can capture the pleasure of hitting a target, the sense of accomplishment that comes from improving one’s skills, and the competitive and challenging nature of the activity. Let’s explore together!

Hey, so there’s this Fortnite-esque game that’s all about battling zombies in a kind of wasteland or cliff setting.
First off, the gunfight effects and sounds are super well-done, and there’s a great variety of firearms to choose from.
With the zombies, if you land a headshot, you can take them down in one hit. But if you only do partial damage, some of them keep coming at you even when they’re down to half a body – pretty detailed and cool, right? I love those kinds of mechanics.
Grenades are super useful when you’re cornered and need to react quickly.
And guess what? There are cheat codes available too, so you can play a strong new game right from the start!

A simple shooting game in which pumpkins shoot down ghosts. There is no screen scrolling, the ghosts have plain and simple movements, and the controls are just clicking on the mouse. The creator probably had mobile use in mind (check out the title). I’d give it a high rating because of the simplicity of the game and the pumpkins are cute. The project itself is not that complicated, and you can tell it’s been well thought out. However, there are a lot of variables, so if you want to remix it, you’ll need to understand the variables which might take some work. Remixing the pumpkin (Jack) might be a challenge, so how about adding more weapons?

Use the ↑↓←→ keys to move and the spacebar to shoot; use the X key to reload.
The movements are distinctive, so it’s hard to get used to.
The movements are distinctive and difficult to get used to, but it has a strange charm that makes you want to play it over and over again.

Defeat the zombies with guns and grenades while running away from them. Move and use cardboard blocks to keep your distance, and hit them with grenades to take them down. It feels good. The keyboard controls for movement and attacks are both in the left-hand controls, which is quite hard. Good that the zombie design is simple but looks like a zombie.

In this game, you must defend against hordes of attacking zombie cats using weapons such as handguns and rifles. The zombies appear from the left and right, and your task is to eliminate them relentlessly. There are countless zombies, and if you don’t defeat them quickly, they will surround you, leading to a game over. Relying on just a handgun makes the game incredibly challenging. By switching to developer mode in the top-right corner, you can try various weapons without worrying about your character’s life.

Summary of the author’s notes
click to shoot, use W,A,S,D or arrow keys to move, and you must defeat a certain number of zombies to unlock the next level. In harder modes, look for ammo crates for more ammo.
There’s a note about a fix for getting stuck in walls and credits to those who helped make the game, including a special thanks for some technical contributions.
Remember, this game is for those who love a challenge.

A game where you shoot down flying birds by moving your target. Shoot 10 birds per round, but if you miss 3 times for each bird, they will escape. You must shoot at least six birds to advance to the next round. The game is set up to increase the difficulty level making the movement of the movements unpredictable. The game is a remake of an old Nintendo game, but it is very well done. It’s said there was a struggle to make sure the sprite layer was displayed correctly, as birds were displayed in front of the aim and dogs in front of the grass. It is a game that you can’t help but play through to complete each round.

A simple game where you aim and shoot down ceramic clays that gently float upwards. Have you seen this as an official event in the Olympics? The controls are very easy. Move the target with your mouse, and when the clay is launched, zoom in and click the mouse to shoot it down! You can hit it right away without having to account for any deviation. Tips Position the target slightly above the center of the screen, and when you hear the clay launch sound, quickly press the Space key to zoom in on the target. This makes it easier to aim at the clay.

#07 Sniper Strike: Defend the city by shooting the enemy

Become a sniper and defend the city from dangerous enemies. Move the sniper rifle’s scope to aim at the enemies, shoot, and take them down. The controls are very simple, the sound is quite realistic, and the game has a quick pace that is fun to play. The instructions are all in English, but basically, you just need to shoot the stickman with the gun, so there should be no way that you can’t advance the game by not being able to read the instructions (There was one stage where you couldn’t tell the correct sniper target without reading the instructions whether it was right or left). There have been bugs when you fail the shots and restart.
With this style, an infinite number of stages can be created, so I am expecting more projects to be developed.
