It’s Mario, made up of just one sprite and a script. A technical scratch project commonly called 1s1s (One Sprite, One Script).
The game quality is also reasonably high, and the fact that this game is 1 sprite 1 script is astonishing. Do take a look inside. There’s only one. It’s not that 1 sprite 1 script is creative, but it’s just that “the idea, and the way it’s realized” is impressive. It’s not easy to do, even if you can come up with the idea. This reminds us what Scratch is all about.

A tremendously nostalgic piece! You have created the very first Mario Bros.
It must be amazing to reproduce Mario's work so well in 2008.
And this Mario is fast on his feet and has tremendous jumping ability!
You can use your jumps and speed to complete all three levels.
How to use
Move | Left and Right arrow keys (←, →) |
Jump | Up arrow key (↑) |

How to play
Action | Key |
---|---|
Move | Arrow keys WASD keys Tap on the side of the screen |
Jump | Up arrow key X key |
Crouch | Down arrow key S key |
Shoot a fireball | Spacebar Z key Click |
Go into pipe | Arrow key in the direction of the pipe |
This is awesome to say the least! It’s no exaggeration to say that this is a perfect re-creation of the once social phenomenon, Super Mario Bros. And unlike the original game, you get unlimited life so you can play over and over as much as you want.
Mario is so much fun! But it’s so difficult. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the 8th level. Can you? Please play and rescue Peach!

Scratch Mario game by super scratcher "Will_Wam".
We have created a full-fledged Mario game. The saws and cribs are perfectly reproduced, and the quality is of a tremendous high level.
They even reproduced the costume that stops squeaking after a dash, and as always, I am impressed with the detail.
There is a bug that causes it to pit and stick to the dokan, but it's also very funny. Never mind, let's blast forward!

Below are some Scratch projects that I’d personally like to try playing.
