MK Scratch can be enjoyed in 1 vs. 3 (AI). It adopts special rules, and things like Piranha Plants and bananas suddenly fall off. Especially since many bananas have fallen, it slips quite a bit! The time changes quickly, such as 10 seconds are added if you catch a mushroom, lose 2 seconds if you step on a KopaPlants, and so on. You can also pick up and shoot the Koopa’s shells. And AI is so strong. Can’t keep up at all. It’s a game that requires quite a bit of technique. Changing gears is necessary, and it’s not automatic but manual operation.

You can play this on smartphones and iPads too! Dive into the Fortnite platformer with 10 levels. Dodge traps and enemies, and collect V-Bucks from treasure chests. Each time you clear a level, you score more V-Bucks. Don’t worry if you get stuck: after 3 tries, a hint pops up. And after 5 tries, you get a skip button.

There’s no save function, so you always start from scratch. But try finding your way to the goal and figuring out the path. I’m leaving you with no hints!

Kirby and Battle Cat has teamed up for this game! It’s a great battle game with gacha system elements, the background becomes night when you play after 8pm, and other tricks. Kirby can be produced with just 5 yen, so you can see him right away! Use Kirby to fight off the onrushing enemy army. Meanwhile, raise your level and save up money to bring in more powerful allies. THAT thing will make an appearance, and it’s willing to charge at the enemy instead of the Cat Cannon. You’re going to have to play to see what it is. There’s only one enemy castle to defeat so it’s a great game to have some quick fun with!

Collecting 100 coins will grant you an extra life. Gathering 100 coins can be quite challenging, so just focus on progressing through the game without worrying too much about it. If you grab the mushroom below, you’ll be able to double jump. With the propeller attached to your head, you’ll be able to jump higher. This should make it easy to leap over most cliffs. However, it seems like Yoshi, depicted in the thumbnail, hasn’t been implemented yet. Probably!

Brave dog, climbs the stairs—a game you keep climbing a staircase made of blocks. The game is over with a single wrong touch and stepping off the stairs. But you can start again with the spacebar. It can be a bit addictive. You can climb up using only the left and right buttons, but it’s hard to reach the universe. After months of coding, the details jump out: Solarbeam gets a boost in sunny weather, Sandstorm raises Rock types’ defense…even little things like critical hits bypassing stat changes. Plus the AI battles strategically. Just read the description to see all the thought put into this.

With random teams every round and stats/effects that complement different playstyles, no two matches will feel the same. Kudos to @im_feeling_itchy for clearly being such a devoted fan. From the sprites to the subtle mechanics, the passion shines through.

In this game. Minecraft-action like digging and crafting has been added to the
Super Mario platform. Once you get a pickaxe, you dig, collect material, craft tools and weapons, and use them. This flow is easy to understand, and if you can do the jump action, it’s not that difficult to clear the game. The stages are not just action-centered, but they also require a bit of thinking to clear which makes it all the more fun. This game has Minecraft elements added in just the right portion, and it’s a good one to have a little fun with. I’m looking forward to seeing various stages in the future.

This is a super high-quality Mario collaboration game. The players can choose courses and levels (I see some consideration there). Mike, the Scratch Cat, aggressively tries to conquer a Mario-like world. The game progresses by collecting coins, which is nice, and it’s wonderfully well-balanced. This would make an excellent side-scrolling game sample. The control is easy, using only the arrow keys. There is also a secret hidden stage! This is a fun one!

A highly perfected project! Just keep clicking the blocks to buy items and upgrade. Click on the gold ingot on the right to buy meat. There are some interesting types of meat lined up, like iron meat, gold meat, and diamond meat. What do they even taste like (lol)!? Try finding out what kind of effect comes with which item and collect them all!

The first project in the Ninja Cat series. Clear the stage by controlling Ninja Cat to get fish. There are three stages in this project. If you clear a stage, you can play the next stage. The stocky Ninja Cat’s appearance is humorous, and it is also interesting that his facial expression changes when attacking with claws. The action is simple, but there are some difficult parts, such as climbing walls, timing jumps, and moving using scaffolding to avoid falling into the water. The instructions displayed with the space bar are in English, but the game can be played intuitively.

This is a Scratch project of the super famous Captain Rocket created by kevin_eleven_1234. It is the strongest Captain Rocket project built to the point where the quality is too high to be worried about. The controls are very simple; just use the arrow keys to adjust the jump. The act of stepping on the rocket and jumping up is automatic, so the player should do their best to adjust their position so they can step on the rocket properly.

Create your very own character! Not only can you choose the color and style of the eyes, eyebrows, hair, clothes, and background, but you can also customize freckles, moles, costume ears and wings, and accessories. There are just so many options! With so much to choose from, the variety of characters you can create is endless!

It’s really cool how creepers, wolves, and zombies keep spawning and attacking the enemy. The music isn’t from Minecraft, but that’s totally fine with me! The fact that it’s basically controlled with taps also makes it enjoyable without any stress. The realism of the skeleton’s bow is one of the things I like about it.

Dosukoi (←this is a sumo wrestler exclamation)! This is typing sumo. Talk about innovation! Become a sumo wrestler and practice your typing skill. Your opponent will push you while you’re typing, but if you type correctly, you can push him back. Type quickly and push your opponent back into the ring. Finally, push your opponent out of the ring to win! You can change the difficulty level by clicking on the menu screen. I’m a programmer so I literally have explosive typing speed, but I lost in the expert mode…. Thanks for the fun typing game!

Attack on Titan action game capable of 3D maneuver. Start by clicking on ”完了 (completed)”. The game itself is like real training and starts with destroying motionless Titans. In the manga, there was a scene where Eren and his team practice 3D maneuvers and really struggle with it. When I read the manga, I only had a rough idea that it’s difficult, but when I tried it in the game, I could really tell how hard it is. All you have to do is click the mouse to eject the device, but this is really tricky. This is such a good idea that I’d like to play more games using this mechanism.

Parking may be the one thing we all struggle with when it comes to getting a driving license. If anything, many people can’t clear parallel parking more than they can clear their drive test on the freeway.
This game is full of parking. There are a lot of levels. The cars are very finely tuned, and it’s great fun to fine-tune your stopping position. Don’t worry if you hit another car and get all scratched up! It’s just a game, so keep on hitting!

Here’s an easy-to-follow guide for playing the sushi game! I’ll write a more detailed article next time. First, select Japanese as your language. Then, sushi toppings will appear one after another. If it’s your first time playing, click on the “+2 pieces” button in the top left corner. Choose two sushi topping names – it doesn’t matter which ones, and they can even be the same. Press the spacebar as many times as you like, but for now, press it about three times. Click “Back” and you’ll see the “Start” button that wasn’t there before – click on it! How to use

Simply tap/click the screen to conquer towers. The player’s character is basically running the whole time, and when it hits a wall, it flips over. When it finds a treasure chest, a ladder appears. Tap it to jump and climb up. There are also spikes growing out of the ground, so time it right and tap to avoid them. It’s a good game that’s simple, easy to play, and is visually sophisticated.

This is a tower defense game in which you pop the balloons that come in. It looks difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can let the characters pop the balloons automatically. First, choose a track. The top left one is the easiest. In the beginning, you can buy a cat that throws darts, so buy the cat and place it somewhere. When you place it, the circle will turn red if it cannot be placed there, and gray if it can. Popping the balloons will earn you money, so you can upgrade the cat or place more towers. While you play, a rock-hard balloon will come in, but you won’t be able to pop that unless you have upgraded the towers. Therefore, increase the number of towers, but remember to keep upgrading them as well. This is super fun to play.

If you hit the notes with good timing, the gauge will fill up, and you’ll be able to use special moves. You can choose from four types in the menu, but the square-shaped “Beginning of Flames” seemed to be the easiest to use.

Ray casting is a technique to create a 3D perspective in a 2D screen. This project uses Scratch’s My Blocks to do ray casting. This is quite an elaborate project, using pens and trigonometric functions. The fun of exploring the maze is multiplied many times over thanks to the mini-maps that move in prefect synchronization.

Side-scrolling game to let birds fly away, avoiding voltage running through the electric wires. The controls are simple. The main action is just to move the electric wires up and down. You may get hit by electricity a few times, but the simplicity of this game should be enjoyable for all ages and countries. Popular Scratch side-scrolling games are usually shooting games where you jump and shoot enemies or Mario-like games where you stomp on enemies and break blocks, but the concept of this game is different all together. You get close to birds or dolls(?) that are perched on electric wires, and you get points by making them fly away. What an amazingly peaceful idea. The feature of moving up and down multiple lanes is also creative.

Man, what a calming game this is. It reminds me of a simple game I might’ve played on a desk back in the day. The rule? Flick an eraser and try to knock your opponent’s eraser off the table. This game has been recreated in Scratch. Depending on the stage, the shape of the table varies. When you win, you get jewels. Use these jewels to play the gacha, where you can get new erasers. It’s fun to play with various erasers. The force of your flick is shown by the size of the arrow, making it intuitive and enjoyable to play.

Play golf and earn money, upgrade your golf clubs, and play the next stage. There are three stages: forest, desert, and snowfield. You can switch between a mode where you aim for fewer hits, and a mode where you aim for less time. To control, simply drag and release the ball. The direction and strength of the ball are also visually easy to understand. It helps that a flag goes up when the ball comes close to the hole, and there’s a sound effect when the ball enters the hole. Sometimes it doesn’t show you the entire course at the beginning, so you may end up hitting into a dead end. The ball will bounce off the wall, so you won’t go off course. In that respect, it feels more like a billiard game than a golf game.

This escape game is different from the ones I’ve played before, as it is an adventure game where you control the main character and continuously move to the left. There is a story page that explains why the protagonist must escape, which makes the game more engaging and enjoyable as you progress. The controls are simple! Just click the mouse to make the character jump or walk. I think this game is suitable for everyone, from children to adults, so please give it a try.

The characters in this game are incredibly adorable. The overall atmosphere is warm and comforting, which I found very soothing. The controls are simple, so it’s easy to get used to them and progress in the game. Since the game itself isn’t too complex, I believe it’s suitable for beginners. I think it might even be a good starting point for someone who’s never played a computer game before. I was able to enjoy the game while feeling relaxed and entertained.

One fang and cute eyes. A coin-collecting game with an adorable snake (Snek) character. This is a simple game, but it’s quite difficult to move Snek and collect coins without touching the spikes. The creator has given the game a 3D feel with just the color gradation on Snek and its squiggly movements. That’s pretty neat. I think you can make a remix with this using various characters and obstacles.

This is a game where you click to gain coins and buy skins. It’s tough to gain enough coins just by clicking away, so use power-up items. First, click until you have 30 coins. When you have enough coins, click on the Totem of Undying on the right. Two types of potions will appear. The one on the left is a potion that gives you an extra coin per click. This is the key item in this game. Keep clicking and when you have 30 coins, buy the “+1 clicks” potion. Repeat and continue this, and you’ll be able to get dozens of coins with a single click. Just so you know, the potion on the right is an automatic clicking potion. I preferred to click manually because the speed of this automatic clicking is really slow. Challenge yourself to get the Ender Dragon’s skin!

Hedgehogs are incredibly cute! In this game, a hedgehog jumps on a trampoline, accumulating spins in the air. The direction of the landing is crucial, as if the hedgehog’s quills are facing down, they will puncture the trampoline, causing a game over. At first, I struggled to perform consecutive trampoline jumps, but after multiple attempts, I figured out the technique and was able to continue spinning while jumping. Although the game is simple, it was a lot of fun.

The game world is warm and comforting. The main character you control is incredibly cute! The controls are displayed on the screen with instructions like “move using this button,” so you can progress by following these directions. It is easy to understand for gaming beginners, and since there are no difficult stages and you can play at your own pace, this game might be a great choice for someone’s first game. I was able to enjoy the game while being soothed from start to finish.

In this game, you drag and release to launch in the direction of an arrow. It’s a common feature in games like Scratch Golf, but Dash Valley stands out by cleverly blending action game elements into it. What’s more, the graphics are amazing, right? I wonder how they create this sleek look. So envious of their skills! They’ve got great taste and high skills. What do these Scratch creators even eat? Total respect!

The best! It’s an athletic game, or rather a side-scrolling action game. As Minecraft would put it, it’s simply athletic. I am sure many of you will say, “This is what I’ve been looking for!”
What’s more, it’s smartphone compatible!
It’s not purely Minecraft, but I recommend it to people that wants to feel the Minecraft world from different angles!
For some reason, the main character is slime! His expressionless face is irresistibly cute. For a moment, I thought he looked somewhat like Creeper.

I believe you can enjoy this game for a relatively long time since it features multiple music tracks. The gameplay is simple; all you need to do is hit the keys in sync with the colored lines that flow from the top of the screen. As a timing-based game, it helps improve your focus while you have fun. Additionally, the game becomes even more entertaining as the colored lines may change positions or grant double points, making it an exciting experience.

In this game, battling the Wither is the main thing. You move around smoothly using the keyboard and attack with the space key. On mobile, there’s an attack button, but it might be a bit trickier to handle. Did you know? Hamukatsu set a record by clearing it in just 21 seconds! Pretty awesome, right? Hey, everyone should totally share their own records in the comments for the creator to see!

Start the game trapped inside an aquarium for some reason. Move the screen to explore various areas and search for tools to escape. As you move the screen, find tools and use them in appropriate locations to discover more tools and hints. The creator made this escape game for the first time, so the path to escape is simple and you won’t get lost. The sudden and amusing opening starts with “Huh? Where is this place?” It would be fun to apply various ideas and expand it into a more complex escape game.

The fish is incredibly cute. In this game, you rapidly tap a button to keep the little fish from falling down and hitting obstacles, guiding it upwards. This type of game is not commonly seen, so it feels fresh and unique. Rapidly tapping the button is extremely fun, and while navigating through the obstacles that keep appearing, you must think strategically – if you tap too much, you won’t be able to avoid the next obstacle.

Slide down snowy mountains on skis while controlling a panda in this exciting game. The panda moves automatically, so your goal is to avoid obstacles and reach the finish line. The controls are simple – just operate the left and right arrow buttons. Since the panda moves quickly, you’ll need to focus on where the obstacles are. By concentrating on the game, you can not only have fun but also train your brain and improve your focus. If you often struggle with maintaining concentration, this game is especially recommended for you.

I can’t believe there’s a PC game that recreates the popular “Animal Crossing”! This game offers both Japanese and English versions. With the Japanese version, all the words are in Japanese, making it easy to understand the content and quickly grasp what needs to be done. Although I couldn’t read English in the English version, by looking up unfamiliar words, I gradually began to understand what was being said and eventually became able to comprehend the English language.

First of all, I really like the visuals. The boyish main character has no details, but is somehow cool. The way the boat floats on the sea is so real, and the movement of the waves is well implemented. The fish-catching function is less exhilarating in the beginning as you can’t catch much fish. But this makes you want to catch more and more fish by buying additional items at the shop.

Earth in space is drawn in 3D. When dragged, the earth moves along with the position of the sun and stars. I hoped to see Japan, but it seems that the sunlit surface is fixed around the American continent. It would certainly be a terribly huge project if the rotation and revolution of the earth were to be calculated in all this. This is an amazing piece of work as it is, so please check it out. Also, try clicking on the “edit” button in the upper left corner of the screen. You’ll be amazed at how much you can do!

Play 3D Snake by moving your mouse to steer the snake. Eat ham to score points but avoid ghosts because touching them means game over. It’s hard, but keep trying!

This is… innovative. They made a pseudo-computer with Scratch. “OS” refers to an operating system, such as Windows or Mac. This is ScratchOS, which allows you to open a notepad, do calculations, and play mini-games on it. This idea never came up to me. Brilliant work! And also, the use of color is rich and cool.

Control a wizard to get all the fruits in the stage and open a warp hole to the next stage.
This is a game in which you control a wizard. The controls are only moving and jumping, but the controls are very good. You have a lot of lives, and even if you hit some enemies and your lives decrease, you can go on and on. And even if you use up all your lives, you just go back to the starting point, and the fruits you have taken until then will remain, so you can resume the game with a good feeling.

Press the 3-color notes falling in the 4 lanes rhythmically. The songs include 2 Vocaloid tracks and 2 tracks from Maou Damashii, offering a variety of styles from aesthetic rock to cute VocaRock, making it enjoyable just to listen to the music.

As for gameplay, the sudden purple notes shifting to the left or right lanes can be quite challenging! Even if you miss multiple times, the game won’t end in the middle, so it might be a viable strategy to ignore the purple notes and only aim for the straight-falling light blue notes and the double-scoring orange notes.

The pattern of falling notes is the same, so as you repeat and memorize the patterns, you’ll gradually feel your skills improving, which is an enjoyable aspect of the game.

A simple shooting game in which pumpkins shoot down ghosts. There is no screen scrolling, the ghosts have plain and simple movements, and the controls are just clicking on the mouse. The creator probably had mobile use in mind　(check out the title). I’d give it a high rating because of the simplicity of the game and the pumpkins are cute. The project itself is not that complicated, and you can tell it’s been well thought out. However, there are a lot of variables, so if you want to remix it, you’ll need to understand the variables which might take some work. Remixing the pumpkin (Jack) might be a challenge, so how about adding more weapons?

This is a scratch to enjoy fashion. Lately, I’ve been making avatars a lot, and I’m awakening to the joy of building up my characters, changing eye colors, hairstyles, clothes, and so on. And here comes this awesome work! You can change your eye color and hairstyle just like creating an avatar. You can create your own ideals. There is literally no end to customizable projects. If you are very particular, it can easily take weeks to complete. This project also has a lot of customization, so you can see that it must have taken a lot of time and power.

It says “super-high quality” in the thumbnail, and it is indeed high-quality. I personally like how the slimes are cuties. You can tell that the strength of each slime has been well thought-out. The price/strength balance is good, too. The variety of characters is astonishing, 39 different types! And the stages have been made up to 10 at the moment. That’s impressive. Can’t wait to see more evolution in the future.

A simple Smash Bros. The technique is not too complicated, so it’s easy to enjoy. However, because it is so simple, the timing of moves and jumps can make the difference between winning and losing. It is also mobile compatible, which is rare in the Smash Bros. series, so it can be enjoyed on iPads and other devices. Controls for mobile, Player 2, etc., are also explained at the beginning of the game. It can be said that this is a Smash Bros. project that thoroughly sticks to the ease of play. The consideration is excellent.

The character in this game is a cute, square-shaped, black figure with big eyes. The eyes move in the direction the character is moving. The obstacles in the game seem quite large, which actually makes them easier to avoid by jumping. Wall-climbing jumps are necessary in this game. You can progress at your own pace, so there’s no need to rush; you can take your time. The stages are bright and give the impression of taking a walk on a sunny day. As someone who has been too busy with work to go outside, this game made me feel like I was actually taking a walk, which was a nice feeling. The controls are easy to learn, so you’ll get used to them quickly. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I was surprised that you can play tag on the computer! As an adult, you don’t often play tag, so it feels like going back to your childhood. The child with the red circle is “it,” and the game is about running away from them. Along the way, presents appear, and by picking them up, you can gain advantageous items for the game of tag. Apples are items that make you run faster, drinks turn you semi-transparent, lightning stops the “it” person for a certain period, and pencils reveal the “it” person’s location with a dot when they’re far away (note that the “it” person cannot use lightning or pencils). You control a cat character, while all the others move automatically. Their swift movements make running away quite enjoyable.

Seems pretty easy…but then, cars move quickly and sometimes difficult to grasp the distance due to the transparency of the car drawn only with pen.
I didn’t realize how the design and color of a car would make all the difference in the level of challenge. 

Once you get the hang of it, this is super fun! That’s the same with playing actual golf, right? Until you get used to it, it’s tough because it doesn’t go the way you want it to. This project is the same in that sense, and it’s just as difficult to control. In the thumbnail video, the player hits with the iron at 28% power, but this very subtle power control of 28% is really tricky and I had to keep hitting the ball dozens of times. My best score was +3, but that’s not bad. At first, I got like +67 (lol). Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be addicted to it. If you like Everybody’s Golf (Sony), I bet you’ll love this Scratch game.

This game world reminded me of Dragon Quest. As a fan of the series, I couldn’t get enough of it. In this alternate world, there are various houses and people. The gameplay involves entering houses, collecting items, talking to people for hints, and ultimately finding a way to escape. The surprisingly expansive field allowed for long hours of enjoyment. However, there were some areas with narrow entrances where the controls were a bit challenging.

A Mario game loved by the Scratch community, commonly known as SMOS. Abbreviation for Super Mario on Scratch. It is similar to Super Mario For Scratch by Brad-Games, but different. The code is a reference and it is published. The birth of SMOS was an entry in Brad-Games’ contest, so well, the similarity is not surprising. There are various unique modifications, and one new Mario World is complete.
